Unable to change Yahoo password that is merged with ATT/SBC account?

  • This actually an answer not a question. For quite some time my Yahoo account was hacked and I was unable to change my password because my account was linked, or merged, with my ATT/SBC account. After many failed attempts with by Yahoo customer service and with ATT customer service I came across a link that gets you to the change password page. Your accounts will still be linked but at least you will be able to change the password if your account is ever hacked again. I hope this helps anyone who has been dealing with the same problems I have had. http://tinyurl.com/37s7eba
