Can I change my user ID name?

How can i change my age old e- mail id and user name without having to make a new one?

    Well without making a new one you could go to your profile page http://profiles.yahoo.com/ (with your yahoo id at the end) and click make a new profile. Make your new profile the default profile, all of your mail sent to both profiles will still go to the old email address but nobody will know that except you. Just instead of giving them your old id to send you mail give them the new one. Hope this helps :-))

you cant do that , your birthdate is a hidden question on your account, you can try if you want contact yahoo customer care at these numbers but you willl find that you will end up making a new account
