How to change password in my yahoo?

How to change my Yahoo password when account is liked to Verizon.?

  • HI, I seem to be blind. I do not see anywhere i look an option to change my Yahoo email password. If i click on My Account I get 'You can change your password by going to the change password tool or call Verizon Yahoo! Customer Care at 1-800' This takes me to Verizon where I managed to change my Verizon email password... All links i have found give me the same message. Thanks for your time.

    In order to change your yahoo password, do not sign in to your email. Click " I can't access my account" or " I forgot my password". Enter your alternate email address and an email will be sent to that address to reset password. Click on the link you received and enter the new password

yes you can change your yahoo account password. go to mail page, look on right side for '' options'', click on it, then click on ''mail options'', on the left side you will see '' account information'', then when that page opens up, click on change password next to your name. then when you have it changed, click ''finished'' to complete it and exit... i hope this helps...
