How to delete Yahoo! backup email address?

In the Contact section of my Yahoo! profile, there is an email address that I don't want there anymore, but I can't delete it. When I go to the old profile view, it is not listed. In the new profile view, it is displayed, but when I choose the edit button, I get kicked back to the login page. How do I delete that email address from my Yahoo! profile?
