Why cant i reset yahoo password?

i have an alternate yahoo account and i cant remember the password so i requested a reset. it sent the "reset my password" link to my primary email and the link sends me to a " page that says cannot be found or accessed ive tried the link using firefox and IE. so how do can i reset my password?
