How do I set up a second yahoo.co.uk account on my PC? I want to access it both from my PC and mobile phone.?

I forgotten how I sent up my first yahoo.co.uk account - it was several years ago. What link do I visit to set up a second account - and do I need to re-configure my outlook express settings? Step-by step instructions on setting up a second yahoo account on my PC would be much appreciated. I want to retain my present yahoo account - but set-up a second one using a different (and more sensible) log-in name for business use. Will I abe able to use the second (and new) yahoo.co.uk account via my mobile phone for sending and receiving e-mail? My present yahoo account is mymobile works well. Please help. Thank you
