How do I report my yahoo account being hacked and used to scam people?

  • The other day I tried checking my email and wasn't able to access my account. I tried retrieving my password by answering the secret questions, but I know for sure that those weren't secret questions chosen by me. My sister (whose account I am using to ask this question) got an email from my account from whoever that hacked my account trying to scam her for money. They were pretending to be me saying that I was out of money, and needed $2,500.00 wired to Scotland. They gave full physical address and what not. I want to be able to report this and gain full access of my account once again. I have a lot of business emails in my account that I need to get to. Has anyone had this happened?

    you can report it, but they are not really going to do any thing about it. you should email me ([email protected]) i would like to find out who this guy is. because it has happened to me before
