What is the meaning of "third party" when i report for a buse on yahoo 360??

i reported for a buse on yahoo 360 coz someone steal my photo and then they send me email and said "Please know that Yahoo! is unable to disclose the action taken on another user's account with a third party" what exactly that mean??

The third party is the entity not there, or not represented. I believe what they are trying to say is that they will not tell you what action was taken on another person's account. It sounds to me as if they assume you are the third party, meaning, the one who is not involved directly in the case.
