Why am I locked out in Yahoo mail?

Yahoo mail locked my account. I forgot my password and the answer to my secret question. Help?

YAHOO ERROR MESSAGE I already sent a message telling that I forgot my password and the answer to the security question. I asked the yahoo team to help me reset my password, providing another e-mail address ([email protected]). Today, after no answer from the yahoo team to the incident (incident id 111122-002265) I created another e-mail account ([email protected]) trying to save my documents because they are very important for my work. And now I stumbled upon this error. The account is locked. Please help me solve my problem. This is the third message I'm sending you.
