It's best to log in to your account, if you still can, and change all security-related information such as password and security question so the cracker will not be able to use the same information to take advantage of your account again. If you cannot log into your account, use an alternative account to contact the hosting service to see if you can close the other account. Remember, when you choose passwords, it is good to have a long password that is easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess. Replacing certain letters with numbers (such as A=4, I=1, E=3, O=0, etc.) and special characters (such as S=$) will enhance the security of your password. Do not give out your password to anyone, and make sure that your other means of communication (like social networking sites and chatrooms) are just as secure; security flaws in these services could introduce other vulnerabilities as well.
