What are the best questions for customer satisfaction survey?

Beware! Customer Care Satisfaction Survey?

I noticed the reply address had the word "customer" misspelled and that got me wondering...what's up? When I couldn't find a real live Yahoo! contact number, I did a little exploring in the Help feature for "Security". It says that Yahoo! would never ask us for our Password, either by phone or by email. So, I'm not responding. If Yahoo! blocks my email as a result, I guess I'll have to switch to G-Mail. Did anyone find anything different?

There is a scam going around to members of all the email services asking for an ID and Password to continue the account. An email provider will NEVER ask for a password in an email for an account. Ignore it. To report a phishing email with Yahoo, forward the email to [email protected]. ₪ ʎəɿʞɹɐq ₪
