How do I make my yahoo 360-page public?

When will Yahoo delete disabled or discontinued yahoo accounts and make it available for registration?

• There is a particular yahoo email id which i have been trying to register. This email id has been disabled or discontinued by yahoo and not used by its current user. Mails sent to this email id have bounced back with the message that This account has been disabled or discontinued. I have mailed yahoo to make it available for registration but i have not received satisfactory answers? What is Yahoo's Policy about deleting such email id which have been disabled or discontinued and make them available once again for registration ? Interested User like me is being deprived of having my choice of yahoo email id because of this. I would request yahoo staff to contact me in this regard.

  It depends on how and why the account was deactivated and by whom. If it was done by the user, then it should take about 3½ months for all registration data to be purged from a Yahoo! ID, after which time it can be reclaimed as a public profile or a new email account. However, if it was done by Customer Care for violating the Terms of Service, then it shall never again be available. You see, just as they retire the names of hurricanes that do a lot of damage, they also retire Yahoo! ID's that were deactivated for violating the Terms of Service.
