whenever i want to verify my alternate email address it says:We have sent you a confirmation email to: *****************. Follow the instructions in the email and this new email address will be verified. how do i do that?

you have to go sign in to the alternate email you put it and you will have an email from yahoo just click on it and follow the link in the email
