You can unlock your Yahoo E-mail by just re-logging. Enter your E-mail id and password the same way on the login page as you did earlier and you'll be back into your mail if it was deactivated earlier due to non usage. NOTE:- After you re-login, all your attachments, mails, contacts would have been deleted and you'll start afresh. If you've deleted your Yahoo account, there's no way you can get it back.
