I had an account, [email protected], but closed. Please open. I saved my M.Sc thesis there.in briefcase?

My account stated above is closed ...cannot open...forget the security questions....i was in hospital that time for alomost three months. The M.Sc is unfinished and want to restate it. PLease open...please open . Again the account is ([email protected] ) and the passward is INSERTION...if it can help. PLease help...the sooner the better. Many thanks

Yahoo typically does not deactivate an account unless it has been dormant (no activity) for 4 months or longer. After 4 months, they assume you don't want the account any longer. If the last access date is less than 4 months ago, you should contact Yahoo customer service directly (look for a Contact Us link in Yahoo Help). Customer service will not respond to postings here in Answers.

this happened to me. what u need to do first is sign into the yahoo messenger. then it will go into the email. anything in your email wont be there anymore though.
