Cannot access to my inbox?

Cant access yahoo inbox, shows error?

  • hi, i cant access my inbox, it shows type 1 and 2 errors, but i can access my yahoo messenger and from there i can go into my email. but not to the account and inbox, it says invalid password! its over two months and atleast a dozon time requested customer suppost, all i get is a automated reply. i have also called yahoo customer service, there too interactive voice responds and promtly disconnects the call. fed up with lousy customer service of yahoo. i need to get back to my inbox as i have some required mails in it. I have all the information and secondary email id for the account, but forgotton answer for security question (which is so silly, when i can log on to my messenger and email, i can change my security question). please some one find a way to get rid of this problem. thanks

    All you have to remember is BIRTH DATE, your zip code, YOUR SCHOOL YOUR PET, I do not think that you will forget all of these questions.
