How to change my age details in my yahoo mail account ?

  • i mistakenly typed my age wrongly .I need to change it .Some 1 tell me clearly step by step how to change my age ?

    If this is a question on your birth year (a requirement when setting up a new yahoo account), then I believe you can cancel the registration process and do it all over again. Otherwise, I don't see any member information field that asks for your year of birth or age.

You can in no way change the birth date you wrote even if it was a mistake as it is used to identify you if you forget your password and if you were able to change it , Yahoo won't be able to use it as a security measure. Yes, but there is a LONG way to CHANGE it. 1.Open your account. 2.Then delete it.( not joking ) 3.Now you can make another account with the same id,password etc and the CORRECT AGE.
