How do i unblock my myspace page its been phised, but the login email address no longer exists i got a new one

my account has been phished but when i click on the link to unblock it the email address they are sending the information to no longer exists

I don't exactly follow you on all this, but I believe all you have to do is change your password. That's what I had to do. It shows that they no longer exist because, of course, it is scammers.
