Why Yahoo accept opening the mail address without photocopy ofnational ID card or passport ID attested photo ?

• I meant without appropriate age such kind of teenage they open mail and than they involve in face book they pass their valuable time with face book.On the other hand they registered at xxx film web site and a few cheater they send various type of impulse news who does not that? so if the yahoo implement necessary ID card or passport ID card photo copy if some thing problem you could action against that person.

  It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian of a child to take suitable precautions to protect their child from inappropriate content. It is not Yahoo's job, though Yahoo does set an age limit and does have rules covering content on Yahoo Answers. I would prefer there to be FEWER restrictions on content and less protection for kids on sites not intended for them. I am sick of having my options curtailed because of other people's kids. Kids have always seen and done things they were not supposed to do. It is not a phenomenon that started with the Internet.
