How do you add pictures to Yahoo account?

Is it possible to add the email of a suspended account to your active yahoo answers account?

• if want to have two emails..can use the one that was suspended for active account? how can add it to where you receive emails to that account in your email of your active yahoo answers account. ALSO, EVEN IF CANT DO THAT....DOES THE EMAIL ACCOUNT STILL REMAIN FOREVER ACTIVE (MEANING WHERE YOU CAN USE IT) EVEN IF THE YAHOO ANSWERS ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED? for how long? can still send and recieve emails just the same?

  No!!! When an account is suspended, it actually means that account no longer exists. If the account is suspended or doesn't exist, why would you even ask if you can still send and receive emails??? NO! The suspended email DOES NOT remain forever active. It doesn't make sense that you don't understand this. The suspended account does not exist!! Unless you appealed the suspension, and won the appeal, that account is permanently gone!!!
