How do you know when an email requesting you to update your account is actually from Yahoo?
-
I just received an email requesting me to click a link to upgrade or update my mail account, because there has been a supposed virus attack on my email account. It looks suspicious. The email address does not even come from yahoo, but sbcglobal.net!

Answer:
Definately don't click! All Yahoo messages will be sent by Yahoo itself, so, don't click, just toss!

It's a scam. You should see any such notifications when you log on to Y!A.
