How or what do I need to do to open my primary email account ?

I did an application recovery on my computer . When completed , I ended up with my secondary email address as my primary . I can't get into my original account . It says wrong information on account . I have had that ID/email from day one . The account it lets me in is secondary . Is there a phone # I can call to talk to someone? I am expecting important mail today on the account I can't access . This address receives my priority mail ! I need access !! Thanks!
