I can not open my yahoo mail.

I can access my yahoo account but I can't open my yahoo mail account.?

I can open my sister's yahoo mail but I can't open my mine. Why is that? Please help! Yahoo is forcing me to upgrade my yahoo mail which is okay with me but when I tried to upgrade, Google chrome says "This webpage is not available." Please help me. I didn't open my yahoo mail for a long time since I'm using my gmail. I just decided to open in my yahoo mail again for school-related reasons. When I'm trying to upgrade my yahoo mail, I see this http://www.dslreports.com/r0/download/1678060~2f5f5a0fdac19773178db3212e684922/ScreenYahooUPGRADEx.png and then, when I click the "Upgrade Now" button this link shows up https://mc1610.mail.yahoo.com/reactivate?farm=1216&home=live&.rand=5erumkvmdic4d and BOOM! This webpage is NOT AVAILABLE. Do you know any solutions for this? Thank you so much for those of you who will try to answer.

Maybe it's something with Chrome. Try using a different browser like Firefox or Internet Explorer
