Is there any way to get my other old account back?

I have a yahoo account, but i forgot its password. the only way to get it back is the use of my alternate emai?

i have a yahoo account, but i forgot its password. the only way to get it back is with the use of my alternate email. but the thing is, my alternate email CANT receive the verification codes from the account i used which i lost the password. i tried to send something to my alternate email with the use of some other account but i cant this "Failure Notice [email protected]".. i used the alternate email to send something to the 'other email', and the 'other email' got it. and i tried to "reply" from 'the other' to the alternate email, and the alternate email received it. but the next thing i tried is to send something with the use of my 'other email' to my alternate email with composing new msg and without the use of "REPLY" for the email sent from my "alternate" to the "other" account.. but still it gave me a "failure notice" please someone help me, i need to get my old account back. thank you!

after you put in your user name try clicking on "forgot password"
