How can I get a @live.com e-mail account?

Help! Can't get password to SECOND Yahoo email account; I have access to only the first (main) account.?

• I type in my second, recently-created email account name on the sign-in page. Since I can't recall my password, I'm taken to a page that gives me the option of only finding my Yahoo ID, which I already know, and not a way to find the new password for the new account. Even after answering a variety of personal questions to prove I am who I say I am, I am just brought full circle - back to email address #1 and my Yahoo ID. There are no emails sent to me by Yahoo indicating how I can access email address #2, specifically giving me any help with the forgotten password. Since I have the same "personal info" for each page, what's going on? How can I get the password for my newly-created email account? The "alternate email" Yahoo answers are of no help and mention words to click on that don't exist. Where do I go from here? Thanks for your help.
