You'll just have to create another account. The one you have now can't be changed because of security reasons. Go here to create a new account: https://edit.yahoo.com/registration?

You can't. The only thing that may be working: register yahoo.com and set settings forward e mails from yahoo.ie towards yahoo.com

You cannot change your ID name or address. You can cancel the old account and open a new one with the desired information. Or simply open a new account with a different name and password, and use both.
