  . Hello Seeing your own email in the reply field does not in any way, ever, indicate your account is compromised. I also see my email address in my spam folder occassionaly. The spammer randomly added it as the return address, that's all. You should only be worried IF YOU SEE outbound email in your SENT FOLDER, sent without your knowledge.
