Why can't I upgrade to Yahoo! Mail Plus?

I am trying to upgrade to Yahoo! Mail Plus, but when I click to order now it asks for my user ID password. I enter it, and it just keeps asking for my password over and over again.

There must be a glitch in the system. You can call Yahoo! and tell them that you are trying to upgrade and can't. They may let you upgrade over the phone.
