What's the IP number that appears in the Yahoo's "account's password changed" notification mail

Today I received a mail from Yahoo about one of my Yahoo accounts password has been changed. And at the end of the message there appears to be an IP number. Is it IP of the computer that changed the password or what? My password has been changed without my approval and I'll try to trace this hijacker with its IP.
