How do you put a background on your youtube video?

Did youtube suspend my account because i put something up exposing.... ?

• hey all i just tryed to log into my youtube account and it said my account was suspended! i had no bad background on my channel i did not violate any of there "terms of use" or nothing! but they delete my account! that leaves this to one thing for me to believe..Youtube is again censoring what people put up, meaning i cant post what they dont want the people to know. i kinda knew this was going to happen. i just posted a video on how The secret government was working with Google,Yahoo,Myspace,Youtube and making sure we dont put anything up that they dont want you to hear! and that i did yesterday thats all i could think of as far as to why they did this what do you all think?

  I think that the internet is another way of Government and Media controlling without you really thinking so. If you post anything blog, youtube etc. certain words or combination of words will set off some alerts somewhere. You've heard of Big Brother right!? Want information out without being censored, I suggest heading down to the silk screener and have it put on a tee shirt.
