How do I get on to chat with a real Yahoo tech?

How to get my e-mail addresses from previous yahoo.com acct.?

• I had a previous yahoo account. I've had it since July of 2010, I could not remember the security answer to one of my questions. ( I would never have choosen, "what was your favoirte food as a child"? I answered the question to the nickname to my youngest child and from that point on, it was not good. You can not send my my password which I forgot because I can't get into my old yahoo mail. The previous name for old yahoo account is: [email protected]. I had to set up a new account, now I don't have any of my contacts in my new account and I certainly did not write them down. This pretty much stinks....I am who I say I am, why don't you have an 800 number????? I can't even chat with a live tech support for re-setting of my password, because they ask the same questions that I can't remember. This is awful. I need to phone my contacts and go with a completely different E-Mail provider. This is ridiculous.....born and raised in the USA and I am being treated like I'm here as an illegial person, there are plenty of those in my country.
