I can not sign on my mobile yahoo account.

I'm locked out of my original Yahoo account,can anyone please help me sign into my original yahoo account?

• ok, my name is troy hightower, my original yahoo screenname is: metallicaalways, i have not changed my password in like a few months, but i can't get into the account. i am wanting to get into it because it is the primary way i have of communicating with more than half of the people i know. when i try to sign in on messenger and/or online in any other manner i am sent to a page to input information to recover my password but i didn't change it lately so i don't need to recover it, anyways i try to do this process that i am routed to but i can't remember what zipcode i had as my zipcode when i signed up for the account nor can i remember my alternate e-mail address. i would appreciate it if someone would show me a way to recover my password in a way that asks more information and that information be something someone can actually provide after having not thought about it in over 10 years which is how long i have had the account. please help if you can and thanks for your time. troy h

  Sorry for the trouble. I had the same prob. what I did was I called Yahoo. Told them what happend and they changed it (408)349-3300
