Why can't I access my hotmail account?

I changed the password on my hotmail account and now I cant remember it.......how do I access the account?

    press forgot password or help ,answer the security questions and you get to reset it

you click on 'forgot password' then you enter your email address , and your secret question(if your from america i think you enter which state your from) , then on the next screen after you press enter you reset your password, and this time you put something you will remember, lol.

when it asks u for the password, there's normally a box to click for them to send it to an email address u have on file

You access the hotmail account by using the password, but you knew that already didn't you?

you cant, unless you made a personal question then you can change the password click on "forgotten password"
