Can't log into my Hotmail Account?

I can't log into my hotmail account, help?

  • I created this account maybe early last year. I always use the same passwords for my emails. Not only will it not allow me to sing in on hotmail with it, but Myspace as well. Yes, I know it's the right e-mail. It won't let me even answer my mother's birthplace on 'forgot password', but I know the answer. I can't remember the alternate e-mail. Would it be deactivated? I don't know what to do. I need to log into it ASAP! Help!

    it is deactivated because if u dont open ur acount for 7months it will close.there is a option when u make ur account that u want to change password in 7 months .

If you have not used the account in a long while, it could have been closed due to inactivity. If this is in fact the case, then you can not get it back again - ever. Sorry ... If this is not true, then try this: Hotmail online solutions center http://windowslivehelp.com/Default.aspx

try to send an email to that account and see if it bounces back or if you got a failure delivery, then it means, it was gone for good.

Hotmail can be stupid sometimes, just give it some time, and if not.. then I don't know. :( Might have to make a new one, if you can't get your backup questions right.

Make sure that you are logged out of your other accounts or it won't let you log in to another account.
