How do I contact Yahoo for help?

Please help! I cannot log into my other Yahoo account. How do I contact Yahoo customer support?

  • I cannot remember how I worded the answer to my security question. How do I get in touch with Yahoo so someone can help me. I cannot find contact email for customer support.

I am having the same problem. Been doing it for 3 days now. It tells me i am useing the wrong i.d. or password and i have had the same for years now. I havent changed it. I have sent an email to yahoo and havent heard anything yet.

i had this problem myself once wound up changing the password entirely until i got used to the new password i wrote it down (notes) hope i've been of some help to you
