Why can't I receive an email from a contact?

I have forgotten my password to my ebay, and changed email, so cant receive conformation email, what can i do?

  • I cant access my old email so i have no way of reading the conformation of my password when i take the usual steps you do when you have forgotten your password. How do i let ebay know that i have a new email without signing in because i cant. thank you.
