How do I get 2 yahoo messenger accounts?

Hello! what's the reason why Yahoo remove or edit any content and/or terminate the accounts?

• This is what happened. one day, my boyfriend was sending some pictures to one of his friends, using yahoo messenger, when suddenly the messeneger logged out. he thought it was an error, but when he tried to log in again, he couldn't do it because the password was'nt available any longer. he than tried to reset it online, but he couldn't, and he was reccomended to contact yahoo customer care. this is the conent of his complaint Topic: I am Unable to access my Yahoo! ID hello! i signed in today with regular id and password and i had no problems. after 2 hours, when i wanted to sign in to yahoo messsenger, an error apeared to me and stated that the password wasn't good. then i decided to sign in yahoo mail to see whether i had a problem with the messenger,but there it also stated that the password wasn't good.therfore, somebody hacked my password. i tried to acces yahoo help to see what can i do, and i choosed the ,, i forgot my password" option because i remembered the security questions that i had when i first made my id. i couldn't do that because it was written that i can't change my password online and i have to contact customer care. after that i remembered that as a safety precaution i choosed anothet mail adress i had, [email protected] as a backup if something happend, with all the detalils about my yahoo account. i found the mail, but when i clicked the adress, as it was written, i couldn't acces all these information, because i was asked my yahoo id and password, and of course these were no longer available. i hope to have a quick answer from you. i have an yhaoo account since 2004, i was allways sattisfied with your services and this is not an attemptt to hack somebody's account, i am just really inetersetd in resolvingt this problem, because i have some really important information on my mail, esspecially beacuse i have been using it for more than 5 years. thank you very much and i hope to hear soon from you. yours sincerely, razvan constantinescu 2 days ago i received this answer: Dear Razvanconstantinescu, Thank you for writing to Yahoo! Customer Care 63432521 For assistance with all Yahoo! services please visit: http://help.yahoo.com/ now i'm asking, how can this be posssible? he was just sending some pictures, and yahoo changed his password. besides that, the email sent from customer care doesn't explain the exact reason why this happened. another strange thing is that the friend he was sending the pictures is in the exact sittuation, because he can't acces his account anymore! i really hope that you could give me an answer, because he wants to get his account back, not to make a new id! thank you very much!
