Where is Yahoo reset button?

Yahoo!7 Mail now prompts for alternate address for password resetting?

Lately after logging into Yahoo!7 Mail the screen says that I am 'one step' away from viewing my account. A message says that to reset a lost password (or unblock) I can provide an 'alternative email address' to redirect password details. It says this is only 'encouraged' but there is no button to stop this message coming up again. I do not want to create another account for this optional service with its annoying message. How long will this delaying message continue to appear?

Yahoo would not ask you for your personal information like that. It is a scam to get your personal information and/or money. Do not respond to it. Report it to yahoo, so they are aware. Forward to [email protected] You probably picked up a little adware 'nasty.' Immediately have your computer checked for a 'bug' or 'bugs.' Once it is clean of pests, install a firewall and an anti-virus program if you do not have one yet. I strongly recommend a program for malware and adware also. Good luck
