Have you friend go to gmail and sign in with the username. Then click the blue highlighted "I cannot access my account." Your friend should be directed how to enter from there or be asked to enter a new pasword after email address has been verified and security question has been correctly answered.

There's a security question she may answer in order to reset her password. Has she tried that?

in the sign in thingy theres probably a thing that says"lost password?". tell her to click on it. either that or get a new account

if she has another account...ex: yahoo on gmail.com press forgot password......hen type in other accont name....if u dont hav another account make one...ex: another yahoo accont
