Why was my picture/avatar deleted?

Why can't I use a username that I used to have of an account I deleted quite a while ago to makea new account?

Why can't I create an account with a username I used a while ago? I deleted that account and want to use the same name to create a new account. Okay, I want to use my account usernmane from my deleted account, twilitriku, to create a new account? I deleted the account a few months back if not more. Here is my old account, why hasn't my yahoo answers page been deleted? I deleted my account myself and can't log into it anymore to my account. http://in.answers.yahoo.com/my/profile?show=P1LSHGjDaa Is there ANY way to get this account back??????????? I do not believe any ID can be reused. This is due to the fact that many people forget to change email addresses with every contact. The old account can all of a sudden start receiving private email not meant for the new owner of the ID. I had an alternate ID that was never even used for email and Yahoo will not let me have it back. ✔
