How to delete old questions?

  • hey guys...does anyone know how to delete the old question i aske don here like months ago...i really wanna delete them..help..lolz

    Hi Stefanie, You can only delete open questions. You cannot delete questions that are in voting either. To delete your question while it's still open, go to the question page, pass your mouse over the Edit button (pencil icon) in the action bar below your question, and click Delete Question. Once a question becomes a Resolved Question, it stays in Yahoo! Answers, available for searching and browsing. *Resolved questions can still be reported and/or removed if they are in violation of the community guidelines or terms of service. To have a resolved question or a question in voting deleted, it will need to be reported for a violation of the Community Guidelines and/or the Terms of Service. You cannot report your own questions. Try and get some of your trusted contacts to report it for you.

Once a question has gone into voting for BA you can not delete the question. When it goes into voting it belongs to yahoo forever. So don't ever ask any question you do not want someone to see. lol Sorry!!!
