Can anyone tell me how it's ok for yahoo to delete my whole account??

i asked 1 question about a key code for a product that came on my computer and i couldn't get to work--and i lost every thing.names, addy&phone #'s,important emails like my child's flight itenerary ,pictures and all my answers points and like 20+best answers!!!!ahggggguh!!!!------why didnt they warn me to give me a chance to remove important stuff??and why can't i find anyway to contact someone at yahoo????frustrated.sorry!

yeah, those @#$% shut my account down cause I used the word o r g a s u m !!!! Just send them an email to complain,,, you can still loginto your account via the "yahoo answers" signin,, then they tell you where you can complain to.
