I forgot my password for my email and I forgot my answer to my security question. Can I get back in my email?

I changed my password a few days ago and I went to log in and forgot it. I don't remember the answer I put in for my security question. Is there anyway I can still get in my email??

yes..contact the administrator of your mail provider..they will ask you about your contacts and your old passwords and some information about you..and they get it to you again ...i hope that everything become OK very soon :)
