Why can't I open the attachment on my account?

Why is it i cant sign in to my yahoo account? this is my fathers account?

  • i cant sign in, it's been 2 days seens it first happend and icant still access my account, every time i try i get the answer that th ID and password are wrong. when i tryed to chach if i got password problems and asked for my password yahoo answerd ther was not enough informationto retrieve the password... trayed to aske for my account name maybe it was some how chaneged but yahoo answerd that the account is no longer active...tryed to sin up agin on the same name but yahoo said that ther is an account by that name. whats going on...how can i fix that i cant get any answers from yahoo. halp... i want this account i am almost level three on YahooQuestion and got a lot of mail i didnt read.
