How do I close my yahoo email account and open another with a new address or edit the old one?
-
I have just opened a new yahoo email account and inadvertently put .com.au at the end. I am travelling overseas and want use the new account while travelling. I am not sure if I can use it from overseas as I have added .au Will the address still work or should I close this account and open a new one with just the .com? If I need to close it how do I do this? Are there quicker ways than leaving it inactive for 90 days. Can I then open another account immediately using the .com?

Answer:
first of all, you can access .au from anywhere in the world as long as theres an internet connection. but if you want to delete your account. go here: https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user type your password. click terminate this account.
