I have 2 yahoo email addresses. I'd like to delete one. How do i delete a yahoo mail account?

You really can't delete it. However, you can just stop going to it.

just don't use one, it will sit there no problems, you don't have to check it you know;

why just "ignore" your account when you can accomplish your goal, and have some fun while doing it? get on yahoo answers with the ID you want to get rid of, and shoot your mouth off, violating as many community guidelines as you can.

Go into your e-mail options and create an automatic message that tells anyone that sends an e-mail to that account, that it is permanently closed. Then, as long as you don't go to that e-mail address for 30 days. Yahoo will automatically de-activate that mail account.
