How to set up microsoft outlook account?

• i run a small company with around 30-35 employees working for me. I recently got a leased line and i now want to set up Microsoft Outlook accounts for everyone. How do i go about it? I read all the instructions given in the outlook set up page and i even googled it but somehow i found it difficult to understand what it says. For example: i click on tools->account->add->mail->it asks for display name. I enter xyz then click on next i takes me to "email address". What email address are they asking for? I have gmail,yahoo.msn etc but i want to use something like [email protected] or something like that. I know this might all sound very dumb but i really need to know.

  The bit after @ is called your domain name. You could create and register your own domain name for your company, or use the business options offered by gmail or yahoo for a fee. Just Google "domain names" and you'll find sites with information, and applications to create the name that you need.
