Why can't i receive mail in my in box?

i forgot my password in myspace so i i sent them an email so that they send me the password to the email i signed with. i keep going on forgot my password on myspace and i put in the email but i never get any messages on my in box! at first i i can send messages but i don't receive any well at least from myspace as far as i know...does anyone know why or a solution?

there is a chance that the email address you entered when you started your myspace account was not typed correctly. This would keep you from getting their message with your p.w. The email you opened your myspace account with was not your myspace email address. It was one you had before you got your myspace account. This assumes you typed the email address in correctly.
