I have forgotteen my user name and password and don,t know how to get this back,I like outlook best.

I've done that once before. I called my ISP for help. Always write down your user name and password. I keep a log for my accounts and have to refer to it as I use difference names and passwords. Never use the same info on all your programs. Back to your question. If this is a paid yahoo mail, you might try looking for "help" on the yahoo website. If it is not and is a totally separate program with an ISP like cox.net, call them and tell them your problem. Be warned that you should change your password again for security.
