How do I setup my Yahoo mail for Microsoft Outlook?

• I want to launch Microsoft Outlook and be able to send and receive from within Microsoft Outlook.

  Go to Tools > Email Accounts > Add a new Email Account > follow the wizard to put in the relevant info. It doesn't work for the FREE Yahoo accounts. With the PAID version Yahoo!
